Lost Avosdim remote, changed battery or replaced motor: the transmitter must be re-paired with the shutter's radio receiver. The procedure takes under five minutes when the steps are followed in order.
The standard pairing procedure
- Cut the shutter's power for about ten seconds, then restore it: the receiver enters listening mode.
- Press the programming button on the back of the remote (a small "P2" hole on some models): the shutter briefly jogs up and down.
- Confirm by pressing "up": a second jog confirms registration.
Adding or deleting a transmitter
To add a second remote, use the first as a "key": double-press its P2 button, then press the new remote's P2 once. To erase everything, hold P2 until the shutter's third movement.
Still not working?
Check the battery (a dim LED means it is flat), move closer to the box to rule out radio range issues, and make sure no power cut occurred during programming. If the motor stays silent, the receiver or capacitor may be at fault: our technicians diagnose and replace radio motorisations of all brands, at your home, throughout Île-de-France.
